Purpose of the Application

  • DVL Theory is an educational platform designed to help users prepare for Ghana driving theory examinations.
  • The application is intended for learning and self-assessment only.
  • Using DVL Theory does not guarantee success in any official examination.

User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information where requested.
  • Use the application only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with or misuse the application's services or infrastructure.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' information.

Accounts and User Identity

  • The application generates an anonymous identifier to support progress restoration and cloud synchronisation.
  • Some features may allow users to provide optional profile information.
  • Users are responsible for keeping any supplied account information accurate.

Offline and Cloud Synchronisation

  • Learning progress and selected preferences are primarily stored locally on the device.
  • Where internet connectivity is available, supported information may be synchronised securely with DVL Theory servers.
  • Users remain responsible for maintaining backups of any personal information they consider important.

Intellectual Property

  • All application content, software, graphics, branding, questions and materials remain the property of DVL Theory or its licensors.
  • Users may not reproduce, redistribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of the application without prior written permission.

Availability of Service

  • We aim to provide reliable services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
  • Maintenance, updates or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

Limitation of Liability

  • DVL Theory is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of the application.
  • Users remain responsible for complying with all official DVLA requirements.
